Jonathan Brostoff is Professor Emeritus of Allergy and Environmental Health at Kings College London and founder of the Allergy Research Foundation. 

A leading allergy specialist, Professor Brostoff's expertise includes allergy and clinical immunology, anaphylaxis, food allergy, food intolerance, auto-immune disorders and chronic fatigue syndromes.

His textbook 'Food Allergy and Intolerance' (with Professor Stephen Challacombe) is the major reference text for doctors and scientists working in the field, as is his textbook 'Immunology'.

His clinical NHS base is at Guy's & Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.
